2016: Redshirted the season...named to the spring 2016 President's List.

2015: Appeared in 11 games on the mound, five starts, posting a 5-1 record with a 3.12 ERA and a save...logged 33.2 innings, striking out 26 batters against 14 walks...had a season-high seven strikeouts in a 10-8 playoff win over Jones County on May 1...opponents hit .275 against him...hit .444 from the plate in nine at-bats...also saw action in the infield and outfield...had a memorable week in March in which he robbed a go-ahead home run at Pearl River, had an outfield assist vs. Dyersburg State, a save vs. Coahoma, a win vs. 8th-ranked Jones County and 2-for-2 week at the plate.

High School: Played for head coach Will Lowrey at Tupelo Christian Prep…helped the Eagles to three consecutive appearances in the north half championship…as a senior, hit .471 with 12 doubles, a triple and two home runs...on the mound, he went 10-3 with three saves and a 1.25 ERA and led the state with 104 strikeouts...named all-area, district player of the year and 1A MHSAA Player of the Year…Class 1A All-State shortstop and a Perfect Game USA All-American Honorable Mention as a junior...WWBA 17u Perfect Game All-Tournament Team selection...was a .373 lifetime hitter with four home runs, four triples, 22 doubles, 56 RBIs, 89 runs scored, 60 stolen bases and a .482 on-base percentage...set the school record for most hits in a season and most hits and triples in a career...also recruited by several other MACJC schools in addition to Lipscomb University. 

Personal: Son of Greg and Brittany Lipscomb…has three younger siblings Jackson (19), Guy (15) and Julia Hope (14)…father, Greg, played football at ICC and coached Auburn in 1993 SEC Championship year…mother, Brittany, played tennis at Samford and The University of Tennessee…enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time…studying business…born March 5, 1996.
