2015: Appeared in 10 games on the mound, getting the start in two...was 0-2 with a 2.84 ERA in 24.2 innings of work...posted 15 strikeouts against eight walks...scattered two hits, no runs and season-high five strikeouts against top-ranked Hinds in the MACJC Tournament on May 8...opponents hit .229 against him...played summer ball for Duke McCrory and the Mississippi Dukes...off the field, an NJCAA Academic Student-Athlete and three-time member of the school's President's List.

High School: A three-sport athlete at Magnolia Heights...back-to-back-to-back MAIS AAA Division II Baseball State Champions in 2012, 2013 and 2014...the Chiefs finished a perfect 37-0 in 2013, becoming just the third team in the state of Mississippi to go undefeated...finished No. 8 in the country in the final MaxPreps Xcellent 50 National Baseball Rankings…named a First Team All-MAIS outfielder...as a senior, hit .328 with four doubles, a home run, 21 RBIs and 17 runs scored...was 6-1 on the mound with a 1.29 ERA and a save...struck out 60 in 45.2 innings of work...as a junior, went 3-0 with a 1.85 ERA, adding two saves in 22.2 innings of work...2014 MAIS AAA 300 meter Intermediate Hurdles Champion...off the field, involved in student council for his senior class and honor society president.
