High School: Played his senior season at Tupelo Christian Prep for head coach Will Lowrey and graduated with honors...helped the Eagles (25-12) to their first-ever MHSAA 1A State Championship in program history...was 5-3 with a 1.71 ERA and four saves in 41 innings of work...2016 Perfect Game Southeast Region Honorable Mention...2016 all-state nod...two-time all-division selection...selected to play in the 2016 Diamond Crossroads All-Star Game...as a junior at Tupelo High School, was named one of The Clarion-Ledger's MS Prep 20 Juniors to Watch...posted a 1.84 ERA in 49 innings of work...MHSAA Fab 15...Tupelo High Cy Young Award winner...played summer ball for the Tupelo 49ers and helped them win an American Legion State Championship.
