High School: Played two seasons for head coach Chris Baughman at Oxford...named The Oxford Eagle's 2018 Player of the Year...as a senior, hit .441 with 12 doubles, four triples, a home run and 28 RBIs to help the Chargers to the Region 2-6A title...all-area and all-state selection...as a junior, guided Oxford to a 32-7 record, Class 5A North Half Championship and state runner-up finish...hit .376 with 11 doubles, six triples, a home run and 36 RBIs... boasted a .504 on base percentage and was 12-of-14 in stolen base attempts...two-time First Team All-MAIS...transferred to Oxford after sophomore year at Jackson Prep...also recruited by Ole Miss, Southeastern Louisiana and other MACJC schools.
