High School: Played for head coach Toby Collums at Madison Central...helped the Jaguars to a 10-3 overall record during his senior season...finished with 115 tackles, 23 tackles-for-loss, four sacks, three interceptions and a forced fumble as a senior...first team all-state selection...also competed in track and field and powerlifting...received recruiting interest from several MACCC programs.
