High School: Played for head coach Chris Chambless at West Point...helped the Green Wave to an 11-3 record, the Region 1-5A title and a runner-up finish in the MHSAA Class 5A championship game last season...as a senior, compiled 92 total tackles, 21 tackles-for-loss, four sacks, three forced fumbles, two quarterback hurries and an interception...two-time all-region selection...named first team all-state and Class 5A Scholar Athlete...chosen to play in the Bernard Blackwell All-Star Game...was part of three North Half championship teams at WPHS and two region title teams...off the field, finished with a 3.8 GPA and was a National Scholar Athlete...received recruiting interest from Southern Miss, Middle Tennessee, Arkansas State and Campbell.
