High School: Played for head coach Butch Veazey at Lewisburg...helped the Patriots to an 8-4 record and their first-ever playoff appearance in his senior season...a two-time all-district lineman and also a two-time preseason all-state selection...named the best offensive lineman in the district in 2011-12...selected to participate in the U.S. Army National Combine...extracurricular honors include 2013 Congressional Nomination, member of National Thespian Honor Society and Ally Award nominee...received college interest from Army, Memphis, Samford and Southern Illinois among others.

Personal: Son of Beth Rea...has an older brother Zach (23) who played football at the University of Memphis...his cousin, Sam Billings, is currently a red-shirt sophomore at Memphis...born June 28, 1995.
