2021 [Freshman]: Made 10 appearances on the mound, earning seven starts...tossed 33.2 total innings with 38 strikeouts and a 2-2 overall record...recorded a career-best 10 strikeouts through six frames in a April 25 victory at Southwest Mississippi...off the field, named to the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 President's Lists...recognized as both a Distinguished Academic All-MACCC and second team NJCAA All-Academic selection.

High School: Played for head coach David Lara at Hernando...helped the Tigers to a 5-0 record during a COVID-19 shortened senior season...made his lone appearance in a 10-0 victory against Nettleton on February 28, 2020, striking out 12 batters in four innings of work...as a junior, guided HHS to a 22-9 overall record, a 6-3 mark in Region 1-6A and the quarterfinal round of the 2019 Class 6A playoffs...made eight appearances on the mound, tallying 42 strikeouts against 14 walks...allowed just four earned runs for a 1.06 ERA...struck out a career-high 13 batters in a 12-1 victory against White Station (Tenn.) on March 30, 2019...also hit two doubles, a triple, a home run and nine RBIs...as a sophomore, helped the Tigers to a 14-14 overall record and the opening round of the 2018 Class 6A playoffs...pitched nine innings and struck out 12 batters...earned All-DeSoto County team honors...graduated with honors from Hernando...received interest from North Alabama and several MACCC programs.
