2021 [Freshman]: Played and started in 39 games last season, mostly in center field...emerged as the Rangers' leading hitter, batting .344 with seven doubles, three home runs and 19 RBIs...posted a .475 slugging percentage and a .438 on-base percentage...stole a team-high 17 bases on 21 attempts...one of his best performances of the season came in a March 16 victory against Coahoma, where he went 4-for-6 at the plate with a double and two RBIs...also finished 2-for-4 with four RBIs in a road victory at Holmes...earned a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage, totaling 79 putouts and three assists on 82 total chances...recognized as an honorable mention All-MACCC selection.

High School: Played for head coach Josh Dowdy at Pontotoc...helped the Warriors to a 6-3 record during a COVID-19 shortened senior season...hit .368 with two doubles and three RBIs in five games last season...finished with a season-best 3-for-4 performance at the plate with two RBIs in a 16-9 victory against Hatley on March 7...also posted a .520 on-base percentage and a .473 slugging percentage last season...finished with a .950 fielding percentage and 10 putouts with 9 assists in 20 total chances...as a junior, guided PHS to a 22-11 overall record, an 8-2 Region 2-4A record, the Region 2-4A title and the semifinal round of the Class 4A playoffs...batted .442 with seven doubles, a triple, a home run and 18 RBIs...finished 3-for-3 at the plate with two RBIs in an 11-0 victory against Shannon on March 5, 2019...posted a .568 slugging percentage and a .522 fielding percentage...stole 33 bases on the season...earned second team all-state honors...member of Pontotoc's .400 Club and 30+ stolen base club...fielded .981 with 52 putouts in 53 total chances...also posted an impressive sophomore campaign, helping the Warriors to a 22-7 overall record and the second round of the 2018 Class 4A playoffs...hit .372 with five doubles, three triples, a home run and 22 RBIs...finished 3-for-3 at the plate with a home run and two RBIs in a 9-1 victory against Caledonia on March 23, 2018...compiled a .521 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base percentage...stole 30 bases...fielded .983 with 57 putouts in 59 total chances...also earned significant playing time as a freshman, helping PHS to an 18-13 overall record and the quarterfinal round of the 2017 Class 4A playoffs...batted .250 with a double and six RBIs...earned perfect fielding percentage with 17 putouts and an assist in 18 total chances...also played football and basketball at PHS...off the field, a member of the school's Beta Club...received interest from Jackson State and numerous MACCC programs.
