2013: Played in all nine games either under center or on special teams...completed 19-of-41 passes (46.3 percent) for 228 yards, a touchdown and four interceptions...had an 81.6 efficiency rating...played a full three quarters against Copiah-Lincoln after Karsten Miller went down, completing 13-of-30 passes for 190 yards and a score.

High School: Played for head coach Matt Wallace and graduated with honors at DeSoto Central...helped the Jaguars to a 6-5 overall record…passed for 335 yards and four touchdowns in his senior season...named team MVP and was nominated for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award and MHSAA Lindy Callahan scholarship.
