Fall 2020: Signed with Mississippi State out of high school and spent the fall semester with the Bulldogs.

High School: Played for head coach Justin Reed at Tupelo...helped the Golden Wave to an 11-1 record in a COVID-19 shortened senior season...batted .361 with five doubles, a triple and seven home runs...finished 3-for-4 at the plate with a double in an 8-0 victory against Oxford on February 29, 2020...earned a .555 slugging percentage...as a junior, guided THS to a 15-11 overall record and the first round of the 2019 Class 6A playoffs...batted .417 with six doubles, two triples, four home runs and 25 RBIs...also made 11 appearances on the mound, finishing with a 2-3 record in 27.1 innings pitched...struck out 23 batters on the season...as a sophomore, guided THS to a 22-7 overall record, a 7-2 mark in Region 2-6A and the second round of the 2018 Class 6A playoffs...batted .321 with seven doubles and 20 RBIs...made four pitching appearances, finishing with a 2.42 ERA and a 1-0 record, with his lone win coming against Columbus on March 28, 2018...struck out 12 batters against two walks...was also part of Tupelo's 2017 state championship squad that finished 26-10 on the season.
