2021: ...off the field, named to the Fall 2020 Vice President's List and Spring 2021 President's List...recognized as both a Distinguished Academic All-MACCC and third team NJCAA All-Academic selection.

2020: Played in nine of the Rangers' 15 contests in a COVID-19 shortened season...batted .300 with a home run and six RBIs...finished 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs in a victory against Olive-Harvey College on February 28...off the field, an MACJC All-Academic selection and named to Northwest Vice President's list.

High School: Played for coach Mark Monoghan at DeSoto Central…hit .359 with 78 hits, 50 runs scored and 64 runs batted in during his career, serving as an integral part of the Jaguars' back-to-back MHSAA Class 6A State Championship squads…batted .360 with 41 hits, 22 runs scored, and 30 runs batted in during his senior campaign, helping lead his team to a 34–3 final record…career highlights include a grand slam to the opposite field to lift his team into the lead over Tupelo in the deciding game of a first round playoff in 2018 and a walk-off single in the deciding game of the 6A North Championship series vs. Northwest Rankin in 2019.

Personal: Son of Don and Carmen Hale…has a sister, Kaitlin Hall (27)…uncle, Butch Veazey, was a two-time All-SEC tight end for the University of Mississippi and led the Southeastern Conference in receiving touchdowns in 1972…cousin, Burney Veazey, was a member of the 1998 SEC and National Champion football squad at the University of Tennessee…cousin, Robbie Veazey played basketball for Mississippi University for Women…also recruited by Meridian, MDCC, and PRCC…likes to hunt and fish in his spare time…studying general college curriculum…nickname is “Dyl”…graduated with honors…born August 18, 2000.
