2018 (Hinds CC): Started three games during his freshman campaign at Hinds...went 3-2 with a 3.66 ERA...struck out 17 batters in 11 appearances and 19.2 innings.

High School: Played for head coach Chris Baughman at Oxford...helped the Chargers to back-to-back 5A state championships in 2015-16...was 8-4 with a 2.41 ERA in 12 appearances and 61 innings pitched during his senior campaign...struck out 64 batters, including a career-high of 11 in a 2-1 loss to Lewisburg...also batted .268 with 34 hits, eight doubles, a triple, four home runs and 26 RBIs...went 3-4 on the mound as a junior with 33 strikeouts in nine appearances and 45 innings pitched...totaled a season-best eight strikeouts in a 9-1 win against West Point.
