High School: Played for head coach Butch Veazy at Lewisburg...a first team all-district running back and all-state honorable mention...rushed for 1,533 yards and 16 touchdowns...averaged 8.2 yards-per-carry and 127.8 yards-per-game...also had 31 receptions for 283 yards and three touchdowns...named the team's offensive MVP five times his senior year...also played baseball...off the field, involved with FCA, drama club and Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy...transferred in his sophomore season from Germantown (Tenn.) High School.

Personal: Son of Raymond and Amy Hoffman...has two younger siblings, Hailey and Jason...uncle, Jamie Rock, played in the Colorado Rockies organization...likes to hunt, fish and lift weights in his free time...studying biology...born February 19, 1998.
