• Named a Super Sophomore by Sporting News Magazine, Preseason MACJC All-Gridiron Team

2015: Started all 12 games as a freshman...played a DE/LB hybrid position...third on the team with 67 tackles (41 solo)...led the team in tackles-for-loss (16.5), sacks (10.0) and quarterback hurries (13)...added one forced fumble...had a season-high 12 tackles in a win over Holmes and also finished with 10 in a win at Itawamba...picked up offers from New Mexico State, USM and Nicholls State.

High School: Played for head coach Joe Spatafora at Union Parish... helped the Farmers to an 11-2 record and a quarterfinal appearance in the Class 3A state playoffs as a senior...collected 84 total tackles, seven tackles-for-loss and three sacks...was part of the 2013 state championship team and was an all-state selection that season...also recruited by UL-Monroe, Louisiana-Lafayette, Alcorn State and Grambling State.

Personal: Son of Tonya and Ronte Qualls...has a younger sister, Jamaiya (16)...nickname is “Mookie”...enjoys fishing in his spare time...studying health and physical education...born May 3, 1997.
