2015: Saw action in all 12 games as a freshman, earning his lone start at Delta...recorded 27 tackles (18 solo), a sack, breakup, quarterback hurry and fumble recovery...had a season-high six tackles and a sack against Coahoma...added four punt returns for 39 yards with a long of 19.

High School: Played for head coach Cliff Young at Magnolia Heights...helped the Chiefs to an 8-3 finish and a playoff appearance last season...also part of two MAIS state champion runner-up finishes in 2012 and 2013...passed for eight touchdowns and rushed for over 2,000 yards and 28 rushing touchdowns as a senior...named first-team all-state and all-district as a senior, while collecting MAIS Offensive MVP and team Offensive MVP awards...played in the 2014 MAIS All-Star Game and was named a Clarion-Ledger Top Performer for three weeks during the season...as a junior, earned first team all-district RB/DB honors and second team all-state DB honors...also played baseball for the Chiefs, winning four state championships under head coach Chris McMinn...also received strong interest from Delta State and UL-Monroe.
