Vikings to a 10-4 record and the Class 3A Region 1 title as a senior, playing both ways...made it to the playoffs all four years of his career and was part of the first senior class to advance to the third round of the playoffs...was named to the WCBI All End-Zone Second Team, Super 22 and Super 12...earned the OL Leader Award...selected to play in the NEMFCA All-Star football game...received interest from Southern Miss, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Memphis, UAB, UT-Martin and UL-Monroe...also a two-time state powerlifting champion, setting a deadlift record of 655 pounds.
