2015: Saw action in all 12 games as a reserve defensive lineman...started back-to-back games against Hinds and Holmes...finished with 14 tackles (nine solo), 5.0 tackles-for-loss and a sack..added six quarterback hurries and a breakup, while forcing and recovering a fumble...off the field, has made Northwest's Dean's List twice.

High School: Played for head coach M.C. Miller at Louisville...helped the Wildcats to a 16-0 season and the Class 3A State Championship in his senior season...collected 133 total tackles, 23 sacks, eight forced fumbles and one interception...a two-time all-region and all-state nod...named the team’s best defensive lineman twice...had a memorable game his senior year vs Aberdeen, blocking two punts and returning them for touchdowns...named to the WCBI All-End Zone Second Team and the Commercial Dispatch Small Schools All-Area second team...also received college interest from Louisiana-Lafayette, UL-Monroe, Jackson State, Alcorn State and numerous MACJC schools.

Personal: Son of Anderson and Brenda Gund...has a twin brother, Anderson (20), a junior offensive lineman at MVSU, and older sister, Jeanna (23)...likes to play video games and basketball...nickname is “Too Tall”...his cousin, Markefe Triplett, played football at USM...studying general college...born September 26, 1995.
