High School: Played for head coach Patrick Robey at Lafayette...helped the Commodores to 21-6 finish and Class 4A North Half semifinals appearance...hit .438 as a junior with three doubles, two triples, two home runs and 24 RBIs...scored 22 runs with a .518 on-base percentage...named all-state honorable mention by the Clarion-Ledger as a senior and District 2-4A Offensive Player of the Year as a junior...two-time First Team District 2-4A selection...named a District 2-4A Super 20 selection as a sophomore...received interest from Meridian, Itawamba and Northeast.
