2014: Played in all 10 games...tallied six total tackles...named to the President’s List both terms.

High School: Played for head coach Chad Cook at Ripley...helped the Tigers to an 11-2 mark and second round playoff appearance as a senior...an all-division, all-state and all-academic selection during his career...also division MVP, Super 22 and selected to play in the North-South All-Star Game...Ripley’s all-time leading tackler...had a career game vs Belmont with 18 tackles...a star student off the field...also received college interest from Itawamba, Northeast and East Central.

Personal: Son of Chris and Mimi Hobson...has two younger siblings, Luke (16) and Hallie (15)...his grandfather, Barry Hobson, played baseball and basketball at Northwest...studying general college...born October 2, 1995.
