SENATOBIA - With rain in the forecast for Wednesday and throughout the upcoming weekend, a pair of Northwest softball doubleheaders have been either canceled or postponed.

Wednesday's scheduled softball twinbill against Jefferson College has been canceled, after being initially moved from Missouri to Senatobia. Additionally, Saturday's doubleheader against Shawnee has been postponed to February 27.

Northwest last played on Tuesday, Feb. 6, earning a sweep against Missouri State-West Plains. The Rangers (6-0) are now expected to resume competition on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at Calhoun.
