SENATOBIA - Northwest baseball coach Mark Carson has released his exhibition schedule for the Fall 2024 semester, which contains 13 total dates stretched between early September through late October.

This fall's exhibition slate is quite possibly the largest schedule for the Rangers in recent years, beginning with a single nine-inning contest at Southwest Tennessee on September 11. Carson's club will also embark on several other road trips, including a set of neutral site games at Union University on Sept. 13 and doubleheaders at Northeast, Coahoma and Holmes.

Home dates for the Rangers include twinbills against Northeast on Sept. 20, Coahoma on Sept. 25, Itawamba on Sept. 30, Three Rivers College on October 10, Southwest Tennessee on Oct. 18 and Holmes on Oct. 22.

Additionally, Northwest will also take part in the MACCC Sophomore Showcase on Sept. 16 at Hinds Community College and the USA Stadium Showcase on Oct. 4 in Millington, Tenn.

Northwest is coming off one of the best seasons in recent history, capping off the spring with a 37-17 overall record, the most wins recorded in a single season since 2007. The Rangers also went through the regular season MACCC schedule without being swept, marking the first time to accomplish that feat since 2007.

Six members of the Rangers' 2024 squad signed to four-year programs, including Gold Glove outfielder Cade Greer and pitcher/outfielder James Smith (Memphis), catcher Matthew Roncalli (UAB) and pitcher Mason Shropshire (UT-Martin).

Northwest will unveil its Spring 2025 schedule later in the fall.
