Despite the loss, Northwest had a lot of positives for the season. The Lady Rangers finished with their second consecutive 20-win season, concluding with an overall record of 25-9 and an 8-2 conference record. Coach Allison Burchyett's squad also captured the MACCC Championship and finished the regular season with a perfect 10-0 record on the Howard Coliseum floor.

Several members of the 2024 squad also cemented their places in the program's record books.
