ELLISVILLE - For the second time in three days, Mother Nature has washed away another day of action in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament.

With severe weather and continuous heavy rainfall pummeling south Mississippi throughout the day and evening on Thursday, games have been pushed back even farther in the tournament, with championship games now set to take place on Monday, May 15.

For Northwest, the Rangers' next matchup against East Central is now scheduled for Friday, May 12 at 3:30 P.M. In the only game played on Thursday, the Lady Warriors defeated Holmes in the loser's bracket to stay alive in the tournament.
