CAMDEN, Ark. - Four Northwest players scored in double figures, but it wasn't enough to overtake a strong SAU Tech squad on the road on Thursday evening, as the Rangers dropped a 73-59 loss.
Joseph Cooper finished with a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double to lead Northwest, which dropped to 2-7 on the season with the loss.

Ke'Darius Stampley came off the bench for 10 points. Additionally, Davis totaled six rebounds and
Devin Moore came away with eight boards and five points.
Northwest shot 32 percent for the evening and went 9-for-10 from the free throw line, but trailed 36-22 at the half. Both teams finished with 37 points apiece in the second half, as the Rockets managed to remain out in front of the Rangers down the stretch.
Northwest will resume play in the new year, opening up conference play with a road trip to East Mississippi on Thursday, January 5. The Rangers will return to Howard Coliseum on Monday, Jan. 9 against Holmes for a 6 P.M. tipoff.
