SENATOBIA - A pair of upcoming events have been canceled or altered for the Northwest softball and volleyball programs.

For softball, the Rangers' season-opener originally scheduled for February 2 against Southwest Tennessee has been scrapped. Northwest will now have to wait until the Northeast TigerFest on February 11-12 to take the field for the 2021 season, unless games are added before then.

For Northwest volleyball, the February 2 twinbill in Boaz, Ala. at Snead State and against Wallace State-Hanceville has been pushed up a day to Monday, February 1. The matches are still scheduled for 2/4 p.m. start times.

All schedule changes this season will be announced on nwccrangers.com and on Twitter (@NWCC_Rangers).
