SENATOBIA – Volleyball fans will have to wait just a little while longer before seeing Northwest take the court for its first fall scrimmage contests.
After originally being scheduled for October 3 and then moved to Oct. 27, the Lady Rangers' opening scrimmages at Pearl River and against Pensacola Christian College have been officially canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.
Northwest is still slated to host its only fall scrimmage on Saturday, Oct. 31 at Howard Coliseum against Freed-Hardeman and Itawamba. The Lady Rangers will take on FHU at 1 p.m. before hosting ICC at 5 p.m. Additionally, FHU and Itawamba will play a neutral match at 3 p.m.
All three matches will be streamed live on

Northwest will close out fall competition on Wednesday, November 4 at Itawamba against the host Lady Indians and Pearl River. Start times are tentatively set for 2 p.m. against PRCC and 4 p.m. against ICC.
