Sophomore Devon Benson had 19 points on 8-of-14 shooting and added six rebounds, two blocks and a steal to help Northwest to a 78-75 division-opening win over Itawamba in December.

The Southwest Mississippi CC transfer is averaging 12.8 points and 6.4 rebounds per game while shooting at a 45 percent clip.
