Freshman outfielder Hayden Leatherwood had a huge month of March to help the Rangers go 11-4 overall.
Leatherwood hit .396 with four doubles, three triples, seven home runs, 25 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He slugged 1.042, had a .500 on-base percentage and also fielded a perfect 1.000 in 11 chances.
For the year, the former Vanderbilt signee is second on the team with a .365 average, seven home runs and 26 runs driven in.
