Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers

Redshirt sophomore running back Tywun Walters (Lambert/M.S. Palmer HS) rushed for 501 yards and five touchdowns in the month of September and added six receptions for 55 yards to help the Rangers start off 5-0. 

Walters is averaging 100.2 yards per game, going for a career-high 147 yards in back-to-back weeks in wins at Mississippi Delta and No. 15 Holmes. For his efforts, he was named the MORA Hero on the Field against the Bulldogs. 

The South Alabama commit is currently third in the MACJC in rushing for the No. 1 Rangers.
